Introduced in July 2015, Edition 7 of the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedures must be used by gas engineers from 1st July 2016.

It is important that Gas Safe registered engineers in the United Kingdom are up to speed with this new version of the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedures.

Edition 7 provides guidance to Gas Safe registered businesses and engineers for categorising and dealing with unsafe situations in domestic and non-domestic premises, supplied with natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas.

Ian Oultram MIGEM

Ian founded LPG Training in 2002. He creates training programmes, delivers training, authors technical handbooks, and provides gas-related consultancy for private companies and government departments.
